Shipping policy

SHIPPING TIME is between 2-5 business days for items already created. Holidays do not count as business days.
Customs orders take substantially longer as custom supplies have to be ordered, but you will be involved + updated throughout the whole process.
We use the USPS as our main shipping carrier.

PLEASE NOTE
-Once we ship a package we do not have any control over the time it takes for it to be delivered. If you need a package by a certain date, please be sure that you place the order within ample time.
-We are not responsible for stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Once the package arrives at the postal office, the time it takes to arrive is completely out of my hands. I will keep an eye on all my tracking numbers (which you will also be provided with) and you can feel free to keep in communication with me until it arrives, but please be aware when placing your order that International orders have been a tad slower to arrive than usual.

CUSTOMS & IMPORTS:

International Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
